Our maximum speeds, ranging from 50 knots to 58 knots depending on the model, are achieved through careful management of the power-to-weight ratio, leveraging the years of experience gained in offshore powerboat racing, OTAM builds its boats with techniques and materials rarely used in recreational boating. Otam hulls are designed with a deadrise of over 21°, resulting in an extremely smooth behavior with immediate responsiveness and a very low center of gravity on the water, ensuring cruising speeds of 40 or 50 knots with easy and enviable maneuverability in every sea conditions! For guests on board, this translates into safety and comfort, and therefore pleasure, as well as adrenaline, all essential ingredients in the production of objects deserving the label of "luxury".

Technique
The hull is made of a mixture of vinyl ester resin and aramat, alternatively, they can be made of Kevlar, often requested by more ambitious clients. Sandwich construction with unidirectional carbon reinforcements is used for the sides and deck. This choice of processes and materials is a MUST and allows the boats to withstand the stresses typical of a "racing" hull, keeps the focus on lightness as a key point in terms of performance and, of course, longevity. About the structures? The bulkheads are made in one piece, from keel to deck, becoming structural pillars, the same goes for the flooring, which is an element of absolute structural continuity, something rather rare in the large-scale recreational boating industry. When hull and deck are joined, the boat is practically monolithic, all tanks, fuel, fresh water, black water, and grey water are structural, thus becoming an integral part of the boat itself. The engine room, never undersized, and always accessible; no compromises are accepted on this! Surface propeller transmissions like Arneson, derived from racing, offer a very high level of efficiency, allowing adjustment for the best trim based on every sea conditions.
